Kirk’s is a family owned and run business specialising in retail and wholesale meat supplies.
The shop was established as a Butcher in 1899 but was purchased by the Kirk Family in 1963.
Since that date we have seen many changes in the meat trade and as such have adapted accordingly.
Due to constant reinvestment within the business we now have a state of the art air conditioned meat cutting plant; and a very modern newly refitted retail shop; with a traditional theme.
